Redevelopment Files

Some of these documents pratically required a court order to get the City and Redeveloper to produce.  However by the Redeveloper's own legal counsel's argument; all the documents pertaining to the redevelopment are subject to OPRA and therefore public and therefore information in those documents cannot remain confidental.
