Does this constitute a shallow water or deep mud port? Obviously, the Bridgeton Municipal Port Authority has done naughty things and a higher power has taken all of their water.

I'm not sure if the disconnection from the electrical grid is symbolic of the BMPA's commitment to green energy, a penalty for no payment of electricity, or just a means to ensure safe scrapping of the rest of the building's electrical infrastructure. The scrappers did a nice neat job though, carefully removing and stacking the access covers.

I wonder why the Port can leave loose roofing material free to blow anywhere but if a resident's trash can lid is the slightest bit open the resident gets fined.
